    • MangGoody is accepting orders from Sunday to Friday.
    • Cut off of orders is every Friday, 10:00 AM
    • MangGoody delivers every Saturday. We have a window period of delivery from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
    • MangGoody’s services are available within the area of Las Pinas only. Stay tuned to future announcements for additional serviceable areas. 
    • MangGoody charges a minimum amount of ₱60.00 for purchases below ₱500.
    • Delivery fees may vary for the upcoming serviceable areas. This may subject to change without prior notice.

    • You may email us and send the proof of your payment to info@manggoody.ph. The subject of your email must follow the format below for immediate recognition and tagging.
        • SUBJECT: Payment <Order No.> <Full Name>
        • Eg. Subject: Payment 1001 Juana Dela Cruz
    • No minimum order required. Free delivery with a minimum order of ₱500!
    • An email will be sent to you when your order is in transit. Our rider will call you once he gets into your delivery address.
    • To cancel your order, you may email us at info@manggoody.ph or message us via Facebook Messenger m.me/manggoody.ph. Cancellation is only allowed from Sunday to Thursday. We will not entertain any cancellation during the cut-off day/time, Friday, 10:01 AM onwards, and the day of delivery which is Saturday.
    • Paid orders will be refunded 100% when canceled within the day of order. Order Cancellation passing the 24-hour period will be refunded 80% only of the paid amount. The customer will be charged 20% of the order price to compensate for the processing expenses incurred.

    • In the case of incomplete order/s or unavailability of previously ordered item/s, you may request your refund by sending us an email at info@manggoody.ph or message us via Facebook Messenger m.me/manggoody.ph attaching a picture of the delivered items and the invoice for the verification of our quality control personnel. Once verified, we will send you an email for the details of your refund.
    • In the case of a canceled order, you may refer to FAQ no. 9.
    • The refund processing period is 3 to 5 days. Refund payment will be sent to the payment option given by the customer. MangGoody will not be liable to any incorrect information provided by the customer that prevented the latter from receiving the refund.
